• Restricted Items: For safety and legal reasons, Toroood cannot transport certain items, including but not limited to people, pets, livestock, fireworks, drugs, guns, weapons, fine art/antiques, or any illegal items. Please refrain from including these in your transportation requests.
• Heavy and Bulky Items: We are unable to transport extremely heavy and oversized items such as billiard tables, concrete slabs, marble tables, and safes weighing over 50 Kg. It's crucial to be mindful of the size and weight of your items when booking our services.
• Equipment Selection: When choosing a vehicle and equipment for your project, it's important to match them to the size and nature of your items. For example, moving a full-size refrigerator may require a box truck with a lift gate and an appliance dolly. Selecting the right equipment ensures that your items are handled safely and efficiently.
• Project Size: If your project exceeds the capacity of the vehicle and equipment you selected, we may need to cancel or reschedule it to ensure the safety of your items and the efficiency of the logistics process.

At Toroood, we provide flexible logistics services in Saudi Arabia. If you need to change your logistics schedule, you can call the professional through our app for rescheduling. If that's not possible, you can cancel and reschedule, with potential cancellation fees. Our customer support team is also available to help find an alternative professional at no extra cost. Your convenience is our priority.

What is your cancellation policy?

At Toroood, we value your commitment to your logistics projects, and we understand that sometimes plans change. Here's how we handle cancellations and rescheduling:

• Cancellation Fees: If you need to cancel a project after it has been accepted by a logistics professional, there may be a cancellation fee. These fees help compensate our professionals for their time, gas, and the potential loss of income due to the booked schedule. The fee structure is as follows:

• Cancellation with more than 24 hours' notice: 40 SAR per delivery professional.
• Cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice: Fees based on the vehicle type you requested.

• Rescheduling and Editing: If you need to reschedule or make changes to a delivery project after booking, please contact our customer service team through our online chat at Contact us Page or via email at info@toroood.com . We are here to assist you with adjustments and scheduling changes.

All fees collected are non-refundable, as they directly compensate our logistics professionals for their time and effort. If you initially requested two delivery professionals for your project, you will be charged two cancellation fees.

For your reference, here are the cancellation fees per vehicle type in Riyals (SAR):

• Courier: 60 SAR
• Helper: 80 SAR
• Pickup Truck: 100 SAR
• Cargo Van: 16 SAR
• Box Truck: 210 SAR
